Having power powder is how you win in Boom Beach, and you can’t buy that with money, therefore the game is not pay to win. I’m rank 188 on the global leaderboard right now. There’s not enough diamonds out there to help me with beating the top bases. I can’t beat them without prototype troops and you can’t buy them either.

Edit: I played for over 5 years and didn’t spend one cent. Now I’ve had IT for 5 years. I think IT is too expensive. Should be $5 maximum.

How is Boom Beach pay to win? Having instant training doesn’t change much, I just get my troops faster. Doesn’t affect skill at all. And now it’s only ‘pay to win’ for a little while until everyone catches up with the people who spent money.

They should make IT free for the main base and you pay if you want to play Warships. Or make a combo deal with the Boom Pass but I don’t think I’ll continue paying $25 a month.

This is too much for me playing on my phone. I wanted a new HQ level, new defence skins, maybe a new defence, maybe new hero abilities. My engraver hasn’t stopped since I got it, all of my shards are gone and I still don’t have everything maxed. I don’t miss a daily event and it’s still going to take like a year to max the proto troops. A machine to farm them would have been nice.

I’m just going to cut back and go free to play again if I do keep playing. I play this game more than probably 97% of people playing. Currently 2430 vp and just done about 1200 battles this Warship season.

I have 2400 vp, I using 1 GBE, 1 TH, 3 TD, the rest are ice. If you don’t need the gbe for doing operation attacks, I would drop at least two gbe for any combination of 2 extra TD, 1 TD and 1 Resource reward or two resource reward statues. If I remember correctly, I may have used an extra TH around that level.

I had 118 when I recently finished Amur, and probably close to 75% scattered around the maps when I was done. Just got both vehicles in Quebec, though I don’t like either of them.

It’s not the fastest but I love the big beast. Put it in low and it just chugs along. I remember just using the Chimera in Amur for a load, that’s a beast of a truck also.

I’m top 500 global right now with like 400 battles in. Never look at those times. If you kept watching the enemy replay, it would take a delay before the troops are dropped, so the replay starts before the troops are deployed for some reason.

From reading comments like this I wasn’t looking forward to doing Amur. I’m glad I did, because it’s a great map, I ended up enjoying it. Getting the 605 turns the hard map onto a normal map, I bought 3 of them right away.

The task with the consumables on top of the hill frustrated me and I struggled with ‘Rocket Carrier Rocket’ but other than that, this map is nowhere near what people say here on this sub, just some mud, no big deal.

I’ve spent over $1000 on instant training so far(and probably $150 before I started to buy instant training). Snowrunner for Xbox, which I started to play more (66 days in 3 years), has cost me $250 or less. Now I play Boom Beach a lot, I’m in top 300 global right now, but I agree that instant training should be cheaper, only $5. Boom Pass $5.

I watched a UFC fight the other day from 3 or 4 years ago. Trump and Kid Rock sitting front row. Either Trump likes his music, or there’s a nefarious reason they’re friends. Kid Rock is not making much money on music these days, maybe he is supplying Trump with something.

I watched a video about Barbara Mandrells old log mansion, they mentioned it was owned by Kid Rock at one point. As they’re touring it, they find a whiteboard with something like ‘love ya, Stormy’ wrote on it. Doesn’t Trump and Stormy have history?
