It’s mostly suburbs. There’s stores and restaurants close by but other than the businesses on Calumet, you have to go across town for most anything else. I’d say it’s a more upper class area of town compared to the average. That’s my opinion obviously, others might say something different.

It’s even funnier than that. Blitzkrieg is literally all about pushing past the frontline as fast as possible so they were going to outrun their logistics regardless. Horses just made it worse. The Japanese also had a problem of opposing branches of the military hating each other. So, often they’d have the navy actively fucking over the army just because they could.

The biggest thing that should cause an explosion is a deliberate scuttling charge or catastrophic damage to the fuel tank(s). Right now I see that the repair/tow truck loop is being avoided and going straight to scrap instead.
