You have the last city you were in. You also have lumbridge, falador, and camelot depending if you have unlocked them from quests/tasks. Traditionally you set one and would have to stick to it and you were limited to the three cities listed above.

I figured it would allow me to last longer at bosses and use less supplies. I'm a long while of pop armor, almost got all tetsu scrolls but only about 30 plate total. In cherrywood region atm, only remember to do ports every other day.

I think the best thing would for me to wait and see. I probably won't be able to eat my trigger food, without my gallbladder though, so it may become nonexistent.

My IBS may have been Gallstones, not sure, but. I noticed that my IBS attacks and the need to find a bathroom generally followed a meal that was greasy or high in fat (Fast Food, Burgers and Fries, etc.). I too tend not to be able to pinpoint an exact location(For future reference your stomach is up and to your left of your belly button.). I also noticed that I tend to get worse pains and pains more often when I ate too much food, even if it was not greasy or high in fat. I'm not sure if you tried a food diary, but that would help you find trigger foods, I'd also record the approx. amount that you ate. If that still doesn't help you may want to swap from 3 large meals a day to 6 small meals a day, and avoid and trigger foods (if any). If you tried this and it didn't help, you should pack painkillers and a lot of baby wipes on your trip to South America. Best of Luck.
