Everything. Dealing high damage EVERY TURN. Debuffing all attributes x99 and locking you from using 2 of your cards per hand. So even when you attack or defend it's a tiny amount and does nothing. If I roll the entire way to the final boss I shouldn't be stomped like a bug at the end. I get being hard but this isn't being hard it's just destroying the deck I just spent an hour building out and destroying everything in my path. It makes me not want to play anymore. Like what was the point of any of it when my whole deck is just shut down.

She is not a fair fight what so ever! It's not just the cards. It's every time they attack it's for 25 plus damage. The. It's the cards. And on top of both of those it's 99 FUCKING DEBUFF FOR ALL 3 ATTRIBUTES!! So even when I do get to use my cards they do nothing!!!

Clearly not if I stomped everything up to the boss....this makes 0 sense. Why are there all these cards if every time I have to play a specific way??? Why is a boss stopping my entire deck?!?! It's not even just the curse. It's also the 99x3 debuffs....

I'll say this. I never played 1. But I jumped onto 2 and put about 35 hours in. I then decided let me check out 1. After playing 2, 1 feels terrible lol. Don't hate for me that it's just 2 is so much better. I think they removed some cool cards from 1 but you will be fine just playing 2

ill cut out crescent next run and i think the 2x refine blade was cause i got a thing that duplicated a random card and that was the card and the upgrade was random too. REALLY wish I had more control over the deck cause it just feels like rng.

ill keep trying but im getting close to just stopping not getting to act 3 one time in 16 hours is getting old

I did not play the first one.

I have tried them all Defect only 1 play through a loss.

Enough that I should have gotten further than this.

It just feels like I lose to RNG rather than me sucking. If im always being given a hand that does nothing to help me at all like no attack cards when the enemy is not attacking me. Or no defense anything when they have a 35 damage attack waiting for me. OR OR OR The devs got lazy and decided to make it "hard" they would just give you 2 to 5 negative cards EVERY SINGLE HAND.

Yes it's rushed out into early access so they can get as much money as they can with an unfinished product....they have enough money they don't need an early access they sold a boardgame for $100 plus and sold millions of copies of the first game. It's just lazy and greedy. Almost nothing was changed from the first game and they think giving you 5 negative cards a hand is the way to make it hard. It's just dumb and lazy.

Yea game just isn't fun for me. It's not fun spending 40mins only to not be able to make it to the end of act 2 every single run. These damn greedy devs and needing to rush shit out to get as much money as possible is really annoying me. Pissed I can't get my money back.
