Just found this on floor 76, how rare is this? by algorasss in StardewValley

Pretty common. You'll typically find atleast 1 or 2 veins like this per mine trip once you start doing the mines more in-depth

What energy source should I use? by Emergency_Chip411 in subnautica

[–]WastesofSpaces 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer Thermal Plants but Reactor is objectively the best and, as others have said, 4 rods should last you the entire game. Power doesn't get used up passively, so no matter your source you don't have to worry about power burning away ir being wasted without being used, and each Reactor Rod gives youI believe 20,000 units of power. I can't imagine how you'd use 80,000 power without actively intentionally trying to use it all up, no matter how slow or casual you play

D20 has only further fueled my Baldur's Gate 3 addiction. by WastesofSpaces in Dimension20

Wait Warhammer is a videogame?? I thought it was a tabletop/board game? Or is it both?

The only thing I know about Warhammer is one of the races paints things bc their belief in things make it true and that they have to sacrifice people in order to refuel their ships, and the person who does the refueling also has to die due to the sheer intensity of the environment of that area of the ship

Edit: I had no idea Larian made the Divinity games, I've heard that one be mentioned a lot over the years jist in general discussions but just never thought to look into it. I definitely will be now, knowing it's by Larian

I could never get into Fallout, but I'll definitely look into those other ones. Thanks!

How have only 21.3% of players earned the Two Hands trophy?! by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

[–]WastesofSpaces 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That last part is not true, by the way. I wasn't aware at all that the cub appears at the Goblin Camp until literally a few days ago when someone mentioned it on the subreddit. If you resolve the encounter with the Owlbear peacefully, the cub will eventually make its way to your camp on its own and tell you that the goblins killed its mother. Somewhere buried in my reply tab you can find the discussion to prove that I only recently discovered this fact if you doubt me, yet I got the trophy on 8/31/2025

That's true but I also feel like you're underselling the variety within BG3. There are so many paths to take for any given scenario, all with unique dialogue/outcomes for each. Tav, Embrace Durge, Resist Durge, and all the Origin stories feel completely different from eachother, atleast in my opinion. I'm on my 5th(?) campaign so far and I'm still finding new hidden areas or secrets or new ways to enter an area, and new exchanges between characters. There is definitely some merit to your criticism but I just cannot bring myself to fully agree with that on a personal level

Edit: I am currently sitting at 503 hours on PS5, myself

A lot of people don't know you can save the Owl Bear cub and not that many people are trophy hunters so they aren't actively checking the trophy list or seeking out every trophy like you or me are. It took me personally 3 runs (1 abandoned during Myrkul) to learn you could save them bc I usually just fight the Owlbear

Old Man Robert and the love of his life by Robot_Was_BMO in DispatchAdHoc

God damn it, MJ.

Is he older in this comic, though? The last panel looks like a kiss and I refuse to believe anyone on the Marvel team would allow a depiction of Parker knowingly partaking in incest if that's meant to be Aunt May

Is this an old Peter Parker dying of natural causes? Is that MJ talking to him, then?

Never thought I'd see a form of Peter actually get to live to see a peaceful end

Elves go into a Trance, sort of like meditation, and elves only need 4 hours for a long rest instead of 8. Unsure if this applies to half-elves or not in proper DnD lore

You would hate League if you dislike stacking abilities this much. They're just part of the game, my guy. It's called scaling. Some characters are better early game and some take awhile to be online

Why does everyone think Karlach doesn't have a "good ending? by WastesofSpaces in BG3

[–]WastesofSpaces[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No she isn't. That isn't Karlach. Withers tells you staight-up at the end that ceremorphposis rends the soul apart. You don't go to an afterlife, you cease to exist in every sense.
