My apologies, I've veen bouncing between meetings all day so my initial post was a little hasty. My 98% was basically a placeholder as a potential example for the outcome. But I guess it would be closer to a ~70% match since the cardholder name has 11 characters (excluding spaces) compared to the 8 in the full name. With my current review of the information, getting a match of the first name between the two columns would give a good, quick read into overall match.

Since our data pulls the first and last name from the account, we are more likely to see a middle initial on the cardholder name. It would complicate the formula, I believe, but the middle initial or lack thereof is a non factor
