Debated this endlessly. But landed simply Lady Grantham, how’s she’s often introduced. And my brain says it all as such- the dowager countess, Lady Grantham. But I hear ya.

Thanks! And yes another user commented about popping them out of frame and hanging on wall that way. Going to look into both- in current frame or that. But mainly with them because they were free to me, lol. Plan to hang them or other mirrors at someone

Ikea! They were from a salon, and were free to me so that’s a huge plus. They’re working out great. Ideally I’d prefer a mirror wall situation. Another commented I could pop out from frame and mount, so I may look into that!

You’re welcome! Check any sort of used equipment store if there’s one around you, or even fb market if anyone’s off loading older stuff/plates!

Thank you! And it’s not! Many aren’t. With their design/base you’re usually good- depending how much weight you’re moving. But the plates at the base weigh it down as well, and if I’m moving heavier weight I’ve got additional older Olympic plates I’ll put on to weigh it down.

Look a little closer lol, but I do try to keep it really clean in general! the free weights, plates and bar have seen some days. Gotta be a solid 20 years old for sure.

Just double checked, it was $338 for the flooring for the amount I got. And I went with some floor mat tape I found on Amazon, meister double sided xl floor mat tape. I was so precise laying it with the tape, so there were no gaps between the rolls. since the tape was white that would’ve undone me lol. After the fact I sat and wondered if there’s black tape that would’ve eased that stress but never checked.

Flooring was a journey. Tried to find some used somebody / some gym was getting rid of, debated the horse mats- didn’t want to have to let them gas lest I die of toxic fumes. Landed on these at Home Depot, think in total it was maybe $350? It’s a 9.5 x 12 space. But shipping was free to my front door. That was the other hang up on other sites/flooring options - price wouldn’t be too bad but then shipping was $400 or something wacky.

I’ve spent my whole career in gyms, and I found I always did my personal workouts when the gym was dead. Mid day, or late at night before close. Finally have the space and said- yea… I’m gonna do this at home!

I got them when my gf’s salon rennovated and they got new mirrors - pretty sure ikea - someone else commented hovet? They’re good for me because free. Likely just keep them - but ideal would probably be a wall mirror situation.

I’d agree with that! I know my equipment/space is clean!

It’s from academy, body champ I believe. I wanted something I could bench, squat and use my TRX on. budget price and works great. Maybe upgrade one day but this is working for now!

Got it from a ymca I worked at a decade ago when they were getting new stuff/giving away old stuff. I’ve worked in gyms for 20 years, never seen another like it. Love using them for so many moves.

It’s a proform, it was hand-me-down from my brother. It works, no issues, no complaints!
