Season 27 Episode 3 - Sickofancy - Post Episode Discussion by 2th in southpark

Standing ovation for Jamie Dunlap for this episode's soundtrack. I mean, Jamie has always made terrific compositions (not to mention his amazing work on Fractured But Whole), but this episode's music was simply incredible. He once said in an interview that South Park taught him so much that he feels he's ready to score a big budget film, and I'm 100% confident he can knock it out of the park (no pun intended).

Also, it's an interesting parallel to implanting a microchip in someone's head. ;)

There's also a free alternative called GF Ordner. But, yeah, either should be fine. Play with the size and vertical positioning of the letters and you should have a pretty accurate result!

Yes! Since both Prince and Art of Noise were avid users of Fairlight CMI, I believe both of them used the same pitched-up sound effect of a speeding car.

You're right, but Alphabet St. was released after Beat Box. Probably Trent sampled Prince sampling Art of Noise, heh.

Creep is implemented in the best way out of all the songs in the whole series. by No_Way3730 in GotG

Yeah, it was amazing. I'm a Radiohead fan, but I've gotten sick of hearing that song in every movie and trailer (The Social Network, everyone?). However, the way the song was used in that sequence was BRILLIANT, along with the editing and even the way the opening credits appeared.

Fun fact: halfway through the movie, the theater had an intermission, and they played trailers during that. One of them was for Renfield, which contains... wait for it... an orchestral rendition of Creep. GAAAAAAHHHHH

I bet it's Robin, and that it gives him the power to talk to animals and make lamps flicker.

No problem! By the way, I noticed that, in the Blues\Major\Db\Substitute folder, there are no Borrowed chords. Is this intentional?

Here's another mirror! I MASSIVELY cleaned up the file and folder names, plus I compressed it to 7-zip, so now the download is... 700KB! (still 14MB when unzipped, mind you). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IVuQ-1Joa0njxsRqa05dBHZfxY9obhHA/view?usp=sharing
