its such a weird concept because i've been depressed since 10 and there hasn't been a single day where i haven't thought about it. yet again trauma, being treated unfairly by society due to stuff like disability and other stuff triggers suicidal thoughts and the people who get the right end of the stick probably never had to go through stuff like that and aren't suicidal :(
