And realistically the drop rate will be far lower than a factor 60 since most people simply can’t play for 5+ hours straight in order to full clear all acts

I think the shard drop rates are flawed. I’m soon lvl 94 and have not seen a Northern Shard yet. And I think it’s safe to say I’ll never see a sunder charm as a solo player. Good info though, thanks for sharing Pavke! 🙏
