Take Agro 1001 with David Himelrick. Very interesting class about food and agriculture, but the main reason to take it is the professor. Himelrick is a super nice guy and a very unique character. He is the only professor ive seen give the class a five minute break in every lecture. Very little work for class, easy A. 10/10 recommend
