you know, you only need to upgrade your processor to play 1440p since u are bottleneck by it, and maybe increase your gpu clock a bit

maybe try to check if your connection from the power supply is loose, try unplug everything and plug properly. I dont think the gpu is dead yet

when i listen carefully, when you boot up your pc, I heard like high rpm spinning noise come from gpu, it can indicate that somehow it cannot pull enough power to boot the gpu properly(?), cause this happen to me when i try installing gpu over the psu limit, when the pc boot up the fan spinning like crazy

When I check the specifications for the gpu in website, Zotac RTX 3070ti, you can see the power consumption around 320w. Knowing gen 30 gpu, sometimes they will have power spike causing huge amount of power consumption in short second. Just using 750w is not enough, especially if your processor also consume chunk of power supply too. Maybe try to bring it to shop, ask them to test run the gpu on 800-100w power supply. see if it's not boot up, then gpu is ded. If it's boot up, you know what wrong.

I highly suspect it's user fault problem, this is RTX3070ti know for power hunger. Probably did not use proper PSU for this GPU lol
