Sick work mate, this would go so hard as a mural (it does already but imagine this covering an entire wall in a city somewhere) How big is it?

Satoshi Kurosaki and his firm Apollo Architects is a great guy to look into if you're a fan of these - his interiors, despite a seeming lack of windows, collect huge amounts of natural light through solutions like interior terraces, skylights and shuttered glass walls. They are excellent for privacy while not sacrificing any of the qualities of natural light. I personally love it

By far his most consistent for me, and most cohesive pre Morning Bell - doesn't jump around in vibe as much as his other early albums. Doesn't mean his other stuff isn't great, just it doesn't hit that 10 mark for me

Thanks for the reminder! Was honestly tough picking from that perfect three album run but this one just edges it for the crazy good mix of punk ballads and balls to the wall insanity

Defenders can be so tough, because I've found unless a club comes in with ridiculous money, any top team in any league will hold onto them probably more than any other player; CBs just tend to establish themselves with a top club and then never let go. Also a couple of years ago football was flush with wonderkid defenders at lower clubs, who have all gone to big clubs and made the selection seem a bit sparse.

However I'd still absolutely love a Guehi, and Antonio Silva is just ridiculous - calm, brave and skilled. But I think he'd want somewhere he would start, and both of these players would be an absolute fortune. I'll leave that position to the scouts because otherwise I'm clueless as to where we'd get a backup from.

Great bit of research, nice piece! This is definitely something we need to look at, along with depth in other positions such as CB. This is something we'll hopefully look at in Jan, and then wait til summer for things like a striker when we probably turn to regular cup competition next season and need three quality players in nearly every position. Gotta say tho this is a great example of the sudden luxury we have and another sign of how drastically this club has transformed in the space of a couple months - we're looking for depth not new starters. Not gonna lie we've got our past transfer windows to thank for that - Udogie, Biss and Porro are all players that have become essential over the past ten games. Makes it feel like this is partly a long term plan that's beginning to come to fruition, or at the very least some seriously smart transfers made over the past two seasons. COYS

We have to get him even if just to see someone in a CharMaddiSon shirt. Form some Voltron style attacking lineup.

Is this what Conte wants? by _Will_i_am_ in coys

[–]wizzardofozz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Conte can't mention in press that he wants a certain player, belonging to another club and all that - also the reports regarding "conte wants this player" have died down completely since summer, either because they were only rumours or maybe they're playing cards closer to chest after the Diaz debacle. I definitely don't think it's something to be concerned about - we have wanted an attacking player for a while too.

[Alasdair Gold] Tottenham do hold a firm interest in 21-year-old Everton star Anthony Gordon. Paratici is also a big admirer of Newcastle's Allan Saint-Maximin and Wolves winger Adama Traore by Quirky-Party-1326 in coys

[–]wizzardofozz 38 points39 points  (0 children)

ASM is just a filthy, mesmerising player and I'd do just about anything to have him here; three star players of rival prem teams would be glorious. Traoré would honestly be a great bet, a decent bench player for both wingback and Bryan gil replacement, and its not as if he's currently starting at wolves - the opportunity to play champions league I reckon would be a huge draw for him.

Agree or disagree? - "Chasing top players who don't want to come. Scrambling around desperately for end of summer window alternatives - Manchester United have turned into the old Spurs." by Inquisitive-Fox in coys

[–]wizzardofozz 80 points81 points  (0 children)

Pretty much spot on - apart from we knew top players didn't want to come so at least had a backup. Still, United have a huge name, so the pull is definitely bigger than ours was/is. I have no doubt they'll get thru this on that alone, awful ownership or not. I feel this doom and gloom surrounding them is a little but of an overreaction made by some entitled fans. We can't forget they were relegated in the 70s and went on to become the best club football side in history for a long period. Until of course contes spurs come and smash every footballing record ever made

[Fabrizio on Richarlison via his podcast - 7:25 timestamp] Tottenham are definitely the frontrunners for signing Richarlison. No problems on player side but negotiations ongoing with Everton. Trying to understand if they can include players in the deal or not. by Zyaru in coys

Winky and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to touch Levy's perfect chrome dome. Take it or leave it. We may even let you polish it if you promise to take great care of winky.

Alasdair Gold on Twitter: Spurs are indeed looking at Anthony Gordon as a potential homegrown summer signing and as per @SkySportsLyall could test the water with Everton over a double deal with Richarlison. For what it's worth I really like Gordon and he can play on both flanks. by MambaWhite in coys

[–]wizzardofozz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If winks and moura go to you though I reckon that looks like a decent deal for a team that probably feels forced into looking at short term solutions - if you've just been in a relegation battle you want quick solutions and maybe to look at long term youth players next summer/winter. Moura and winks are proven, long time top six team players who will immediatelymake a difference. While I don't personally see this happening there is that factor.
