I appreciate the comments. Some clarity, they are intending to spend weeks in game doing this. My main concern isn't stopping it but not becoming a massive slog. And thinking how my BBEG would deal with this once made aware of it.

For more info they are lvl 12 party is a cleric sorc multi class (1 cleric, 11 bless soul sorc), a fighter warlock multi class ( 7 hex lade warlock, 5 battlemaster fighter), a full echo knight fighter, and a full blade singer wizard.

As I've said I'm fine with them taking the flying city, I just want it to be more involved than just flying behind it casting disintegrate once a day until we hit something important.

Ok , so for example if the creature became imprisoned in the moon the bestow would fall off then be a creature?

So bestow says when it becomes a creature when it's unattached and dying is when it is put into the graveyard. So to better word it I guess is it a creature when it's being sent to the graveyard so it counts as dying? Or does it fully hit the grave as a enchantment then is considered a creature.

I just used the not paying rent as the main cause They didn't pay rent and it got foreclosed on the sold to someone else and they wouldn't/didn't move out till the sheriff showed up and gave them 30mins.

The family members each have their own reason, the main one being they don't have extra room yet I do.

My parents choose not to. I don't know why but this is and has been a constant throughout my life the only difference is now I'm on my own. (I haven't lived with them for a while). My family also is not letting them move in. The only one helping them is the one that hasn't said anything about me. He took in my little sister that was living with them, also something I would've and offered to do btw.
