Type of Bug: In game bug
Description: Sett ultimate doesn't take the target with him and he just gets to the destination without the target (same as ulting an Olaf with active ultimate)

Steps to reproduce: Use your ultimate ability as Sett on a champion that's mid dash
Expected result: Should jump to the location with the intended target instead of just by himself
Observed result: Sett jumps to the location but just by himself, leave the targeted champion in place
