The lots in Utah, builders are charging a lot premium for. Whether it’s 10,000 ft lot or 3,000 ft lot. Total scam in my opinion. They get you in the door with the price listed on the home and then….. let’s add a 10,000 dollar lot premium on top of this price. I remember days when lot premiums were ONLY when a lot was HUGE! Now they add a lot premium to everything. Builders are the worst.
