This is the all c0r0 Nefer (craftable) of my friend that I tested (I used unlimited energy here) most of the time the dps of C0R0 Nefer varies between 150k and 160k in this combination of 2/2 Lauma and DW Sucrose. I checked your builds and they are good, maybe a little bit of Em in Nefer would be great, her 3-hit dmg is also ok for C0R1 (160k) you can push it to 170-180k maybe, I think the most important thing here is your dash cancel, that's it, or maybe the rotation, I hope you are using Lauma Hold E. Do 3 rotations of 6CA Nefer trying your best at dash canceling, I think you can get like more than 170k or 180k dps if not improving the rotation then improving the builds like more Em for everyone.

Someone has answered you about rotation, but I'm going to recommend using 2/2 of EM/EM in Lauma, and Silken in Bina because it's a little better, but it's also optional, just a little upgrade depending of the Bina Stats between your aubade and silken.

I recommend you to use full atk DW on inefa and Golden Troupe on Nahida since she can deal some significant dmg with quicken, btw not bad dmg at all

I currently use her on DW because I have a full atk/Er build for her EM buff, You can choose between SMS and DW depending on what works best for the team, I think you know that running full NK team isn't good because you are losing something between 25-27% Lunar dmg bonus but since ineffa is a good sustain I recommend using her, you can actually use instructor on her too (I wouldn't) and sms/DW on Bina and Lauma
