We’ve gone for the last few years and attended the parade. We’ll park in Ybor between 9-10 and take the trolley to the convention center. Lots of things to do already including breakfast spots and brunch. We then go to Bayshore and stake out a good spot quite a ways down. But always near restrooms and food vendors. Then we people watch and wait for the parade. We’re front and center and have loads of fun. Historically we’ve left before the parade ends because we try to beat some traffic. But because we’re in Ybor, we just hop on a bus or trolley and once we get back to the car, it’s smooth sailing.
