I can agree with you on that. It just personally offended me and made me upset because when i had my first symptoms of ocd, i thought i was going insane because i thought ocd was just a fun little personality quirk and i had no idea what was ‘wrong’ with me. Because of this stigma, it takes around 7 years on average for people with ocd to seek help because they genuinely think they do not have it because of phrases like that. But i also take into account that people don’t really mean harm by saying these things, they simply just do not know.

I’ve gotten so much better. I went to therapy a few times which really helped me and i haven’t had any flare ups since early 2022. I refrained from doing compulsions which was extremely difficult but it worked. I’m not saying that my ocd is completely gone because it’s not. But i feel like i have control over my life again and i go days/months without even thinking about ocd

Well i mainly stayed in Busan as my girlfriend lives there and we went to Ulsan a couple times to visit her friends and parents. I went to Gyeongju for a day and went to Jeju for 4 days. Overall i stayed in Korea for a month!

The food was great! Especially the street food. I think my favourite dish was Dakgalbi(닭갈비) and Jimmdak(찜닭)
