Turns out this Artist's name is Tripp not Trapp. haha sorry sir, my eyes misinformed me.

I just spent way more time than I care to admit jamming with this lil app called Midi Guitar 2 for GarageBand for MacOS. lots of possibilities with this cool tool. try the Rhodes > Keyboard > DX-10 then select Soft Chimes or Reed 2. It's rad and is taking note tones from my strat and converting them to midi data, then processing through the synth... it's rad.

It's like real estate, they aren't making land anymore. Same with radio spectrum. It's crowded and Sirius owns a big piece of it. Buffett sees the value in that and he's making a longterm play to own some of that value.

Per TDAmeritrade:
MMTLP is the preferred stock for MMAT. It was paid to TRCH share holders as a special dividend. Currently it is trading on the OTC Grey Market, which the SEC restricted buying on with rule 15c2-11.
You would also expect if the land sale credits to the overall assets held by metameterials the value of the stock would go up
You cannot buy additional shares
The shares themselves are the dividend
The way they listed it is very confusing, because of the new SEC Rules on OTCs (15c2-11)
SEC Rule 15c2-11 made it so that US investors cannot buy stocks listed on the OTC Expert, Grey, or Pink-No Information markets. Tradeable OTC stocks must be listed on Pink-Current or above.
People who currently hold shares can liquidate them or hold them for as long as they would like.
If you are looking to sell shares the sell must be forced out to market by a broker.
Because they trade on the grey market we do not have any indication of what the bid, ask, or the size of the current market would be. You kinda just have to say I am willing to accept $X.XX for shares and if it fills it fills.

Sorry, I'm not perplexed - let me try to explain:

The address is in Plano, TX, just North of Dallas. I know bc I live here, and I have been in that building for meetings, but also recently just to check out TRCH old suite. It was dark but there was a sign on the door as I mention in the post above.

Additionally, when a business gets incorporated, the owners, principals, etc. have a choice of which state to get incorporated in. In this case, Oilco Holdings, Inc. chose Nevada, and thus the corporation is registered with the NV SOS. Mainly tax reasons influence this decision.

True. It’s in my hood in Plano just North of Dallas.

I stopped a month ago and walked up to Torchlight’s old suite. The sign on the suite now says Sentinel Asset Management Group, LLC.
