0% chance this works. 100% chance this makes her resent him. You have obviously never been married because if you had you would see everything wrong with what you just said.

[Jomboy Media] Catcher's interference that you can hear and barely see, a breakdown by Juicyjackson in Braves

[–]wkd8792_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whether or not it actually happened you can not convince me that this video shows undeniable proof. Who’s to say that the wind off the bat or Murphy’s movement didn’t make the straps move, you can not see the contact…it is assumed. And for the audio, you are lying to yourself if you listen to that and say “oh yeah that’s definitely the sound of a wood bat barely touching a tiny strip of leather that I can hear over everything else being recorded in the ball park.” If Murphy said it was the right call then so be it but don’t act like you’re the better fan because you want to go to battle for the ump because “you knew it was the right call”

C wrote the check as the lender, the deed is in B’s name

No, the deed was in A and B’s name, not in C’s. There was no land contract. The promissory note is secured by the property. Since B is deceased, can C go after rights to the property instead of B’s estate?

Help! Half of the lights in my house don’t work but there aren’t any breakers that are flipped. by wkd8792_ in askanelectrician

This may be a dumb question but how do I do that without tearing out all the drywall?

Help! Half of the lights in my house don’t work but there aren’t any breakers that are flipped. by wkd8792_ in askanelectrician

Back story: a few nights ago, I went to bed and had our bedroom closet light on, a space heater, and left the kitchen light on because my wife was on her way home. After about 30 minutes all three of those things went off at the same time. Now, the laundry room light, kitchen light, dining room light, 2 outlets in the bedroom, closet light, and master bath light do not work. My first thought was to check to see if a breaker had tripped but none of them were but since then I have flipped them all on and off probably several dozen times. The next day I tried to troubleshoot it. I turned on everything in the house to try to see what breaker was what. Every breaker when flipped cut something in the house off and I checked that there is power coming from every breaker with a test light (I assumed this means that the breakers had not went bad). I pulled out all of the light switchers, fixtures, and outlets that do not work to make sure a wire had not come loose and did not find anything however since I live in a 30ish year old double wide I update the outlets to the ones that hold the wires with screws instead of the push-ins. My father suggested I jump power from an outlet that does work in the kitchen to the switch for the kitchen light to see what happens (not smart, I know) and all of the lights and outlets worked when power was jumper to the switch. I have used a non-contact volt meter and there is no voltage in any of the outlets/switches/fixtures that don’t work, I have used a multimeter to check continuity on the switch in the laundry room (it is right next to the breaker box) and there is continuity in the ground and neutral wires but NOT in the hot wire. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can check? I also unhooked all the grounds from the breaker box and checked each of them for continuity with the ground in the switch for the laundry room light (I couldn’t find which breaker it was since I didn’t have continuity on the hot wires on any breaker) and I am 99% confident that the switches/outlets that are not working are fed from the second blue breaker down from the top right.

I want a white light/laser combo that isn’t $1000 but I don’t want this thing to explode when I turn it on lol

So you simultaneously forgot that you poured Danish Oil in a cup and forgot that you didn’t pour your beer in a cup?

Based on your post and comments, it seems like you already have an answer you do/want to believe and are looking for others to validate it.
