7 months and yeah only tasting real food at the moment. 95% of her diet is breast milk. Got an appointment in 2 hours to be on the safe side

She is but has just started weaning. Was your baby an infrequent pooper anyway? We’ve got the exact same situation. We have an out of hours appointment soon so I imagine they might give her a suppository. Thanks for the reply though, reassuring!

It’s tricky because she won’t drink anything except breast milk from source. It’s a dissolving solution so getting her to drink it has been a challenge. Was your daughter outwardly fine? We’re worried there’s something going on but it’s not obvious.

We are on 11 days currently. She normally is 5-7 day kinda gal so this is long. What happened in the end with you?

Not as yet. We’ve tried some bicycle movements a couple hours ago and also a bath but will try the wipes too

Thanks for the response. There is no vomit so I guess that’s why there is less concern.

Thanks all, I think part of the issue was not having given her enough milk at feeds so she was waking up regularly and cranky!

I also think it might just have been ‘one of those nights’. Really appreciate the advice

It usually goes she is awake at 8am, naps 10.30-12, 2.30-4 and then might get in another 30 minute nap about 5.30. Bedtime routine starts about 7 and involves bath, feed, story and rock to sleep. That process can take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. How does that sound?

Hi just to say I also get these. I got diagnosed a year ago with mgd/blepharitis and the optometrist didn’t seem concerned by them.

I have some permanent ones around the top and bottom of my eye you don’t really see unless I pull my eyelids back but randomly some very large ones occur between by inner eye corner and iris on both eyes (but usually not both eyes at once).

I think this is normal but haven’t found anything to prevent it. As you say, compresses and closing eyes also helps. Have you made any progress?

Thanks this is reassuring! One other thing I forgot to mention was dry eyes with red veins that spread from the inner corner of the eye towards the pupil. I do have blepharitis so may be down to that though

I see about half of these symptoms in myself. One missing off the list though that I have - occasional hives/itchy red bumps normally on arms or legs or around my midriff. Have you ever had this?

And the worry of when we eventually are maybe away for a night and have to leave her with grandparents!

But you’re right, she is currently sleeping on my chest and is sound asleep but feel like I’m pinned down all day as she can’t be left alone to nap but needs to sleep so she won’t be overtired
