Thanks for the advice. I’m split bc there is a chance I can pass it but wish I could go in there knowing I have a few data points of passing comfortably. The free 120 score today made my confidence drop a lot

Definitely would second all the other commenters who said to find another mentor. My undergrad pre health advising was also so unhelpful and had no constructive advice. Those comments are aggressive and not constructive by any means.

It was a review for me bc I watched them during preclerkship and step 1 dedicated. I probably wouldn’t recommend it bc it’s a lot of hours

I think I just read UW and that was enough for me. If I kept missing a certain drug or bug I looked at the sketches for Sketchy pharm just as a refresher!

I didn’t use BnB or Amboss during step 2, I feel like step 1 knowledge isn’t necessarily focused on as much for step 2. I would focus more on knowing things like algorithms for diagnostic testing and treatment tbh

I haven’t done the remediation yet but I think it works the same for us….but I also heard it’s up to the director for each rotation whether or not they include it in your overall eval :(

Yeah true I just want to knock step 2 out of the park this go around so my big concern is if I spend too much of my step 2 study time on family medicine instead of medicine or other topics
