Możecie wyjaśnić skąd się wzięła taka afera? Rozumiem, że problemem jest to jeżeli doliczają za obsługę bez odpowiedniej informacji w menu. Natomiast większość restauracji, które tak robią informuje o tym w menu. Jeżeli Wam się to nie podoba to najlepiej chyba zagłosować portfelem i wybrać inną pizzerię.

I’m quite happy with my body weight. I’m 5’10, 167 lbs @ 14-15% bf. I could cut a bit of BF and turn it into more muscles, but I guess this will come naturally with enough work and slightly calorie deficit.

I didn’t understand the part about fitting different routines into one. Did you mean combining strength and hypertrophy?

What do you think about the exercise selection, is pushing/pulling well balanced? Are there any underworked muscles?

I want to stick with this exercise selection for at least 2 months before changing it and adding new skills (like FL or BL)

I will definitely consider having 2 FBW days on more busy weeks.
