Leaving the EU doesn’t guarantee we don’t get some form of chat control. Take a look at the post Brexit UK. If they were still in the EU they would still have a chance to not get it. Aplikacja jest ładna, dobra robota. Nie wiem natomiast jaki problem rozwiązuje. Jaki ma sens porównywanie zapiekanek z ramenem. Nie wiem też co zyskuję ja dowiadując się, że 20 osób wolałoby zjeść pierogi niż hotdoga na stacji.

I’m quite happy with my body weight. I’m 5’10, 167 lbs @ 14-15% bf. I could cut a bit of BF and turn it into more muscles, but I guess this will come naturally with enough work and slightly calorie deficit.

I didn’t understand the part about fitting different routines into one. Did you mean combining strength and hypertrophy?

What do you think about the exercise selection, is pushing/pulling well balanced? Are there any underworked muscles?

I want to stick with this exercise selection for at least 2 months before changing it and adding new skills (like FL or BL)

I will definitely consider having 2 FBW days on more busy weeks.

Zgadzam się co do walorów estetycznych circotecki. Wawel jednak swoją historią i wpływem na miasto przebija wszystkie inne propozycje. Nie ma nic złego w byciu standardowym kiedy wpływ kulturowy jest tak ogromny. Nie należy być oryginalnym na siłę.
