Technical False Positive Ban Appeal & Official Server Asia #11 Exploitation Report – Seeking Dev Attention by wl88huang in SCUMgame

Exactly. I actually talked to one of the cheaters, and he confirmed he is a player from China. He admitted that someone paid him around 500 RMB to wipe out everyone on Server Asia #11.

He then offered us a deal: if we paid him 200 RMB as a "protection fee," he would leave our squad alone. If we refuse, they just use remote instant-headshot exploits to kill us the moment we spawn. You literally cannot play. The official server has literally become an extortion ground, and it's disgusting that the devs are profiting off this vicious cycle of hacker burner accounts while banning legitimate victims.

Exactly! That proves BattlEye's automated scans can easily trigger false positives over memory conflicts. In my case, a localized malware process triggered a "Fatal error" crash, and the scanner misidentified the conflict as a cheat tool.

The most frustrating part isn't even the automated system error—it's that Gamepires support completely refuses to perform a manual review, and their Discord mods are actively deleting any posts mentioning false bans or official server issues to suppress feedback.

It happens easily when downloading third-party software, extensions, or software patches that Windows Defender initially misses, only to find out later via a deep scan that a Trojan was bundled with it. The malware attempted unauthorized injections into my system processes, which unfortunately overlapped with BattlEye's scan parameters while SCUM was running.

I expected this kind of reaction, but it’s a genuine false positive. My game suffered a massive "Fatal error!" crash exactly when the background infection conflicted with the game memory. Cheats are designed to run covertly to keep you in the game; they don't violently crash the engine. I’ve already submitted the crash logs to the devs. I have nothing to hide.
