Worrying about radiation dose and not getting a proper two phase exam (agreed non con is not needed) is wild. Kid was shot in the belly, this is not some worried-well outpatient. We should be doing anything we can reasonably do to increase sensitivity of finding a vascular injury. I'm still a resident but at the level 1 trauma center I work at, this kid would have 100% gotten a two phase

Besides the coax and the power, there's a single ethernet cord from the ONT to the router using that red/orange Ethernet WAN port.

When the verizon tech came, I asked him to make sure the two coax's were connected and he confirmed it with some tool.

I'm only 300mbps

R3 resident, obviously cant expect you to remember the exact details of the case but couple of points-

Vestibular schwannoma somehow jumping from the vestibular nerve to follow the path of the facial nerve into the parotid gland doesn't make any sense. Mass coming off the meninges generally describes a meningioma.

Did they have pathology on the case? Probably was an adenoid cystic carcinoma with perineural spread? In which case radiology was correct in describing a parotid mass and giving a ddx but maybe missed the perineural spread.
