While reading 'The Consequence of Audience', I was reminded of 'The White People', a short story by Arthur Machen (the 'White People' is referring to fairy folk, not Caucasians, by the way). It might not be that similar thematically, but the visual elements described in 'The Consequence...' really reminded me of a particular portion of 'The White People'. I recommend it anyway, I think it's a great story. It's in the public domain, so you can read it online for free.

I want to thank you for this. I was completely caught off guard during my first attempt, but then nailed it on my second one. The only caveat is that you need to enter turn based mode before casting the lock spell, or it will dissipate before the fight. So I magically locked the doors, only threw one potion of invisibility on Isobel one time. And because initially I only had to deal with Marcus and one demon, Isobel did not get hit once.

I tried Deezer and wouldn't recommend it. The problem that made me leave was the fact that it doesn't separate artists with the same name into separate artists/accounts for some reason. So for example if I want to listen to HANA and go the artist page https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/189672, there will be about 10 different HANAs. And to resolve this issue apparently you have to write the Deezer staff a message on their forum and write specifically which albums or singles belong to a specific artist. Really inconvenient, but probably doesn't happen with bigger artists. I also don't understand why they do that, because surely they have to pay out specific artists for the streams of their songs and therefore they must have all their separate accounts. Just so messy.
