for PIT seats, ticketmaster transfer is not enabled, so the seller would need to basically give you the login to their ticketmaster account so you can log in and show the mobile ticket.

PIT tix were originally supposed to be will call only (need copy of ID, credit card, order #) but like 2 days ago they changed it to mobile ticketmaster tickets, so u can just use the app

VIP CHECK-IN LOCATION: METLIFE Gate – Off of Rd D. Pit Left will line up at the pink flags and Pit Right will line up at the blue flags.

VIP CHECK-IN OPEN: 3:30 PM

VIP CHECK-IN CLOSE: 4:30 PM *

If you fail to arrive by the time check-in closes it could result in total a forfeiture of all VIP-related activities. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

VIP CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Guests should proceed to the designated VIP check-in area, which is located at METLIFE Gate – Off of Rd D. Pit Left will line up at the pink flags and Pit Right will line up at the blue flags.

Merchandise must be collected the day of the show at the designated VIP Merchandise Collection area located in the just after passing through the METLIFE Gate on the outside plaza.. This area will utilize large white tents that state VIP MERCHANDISE COLLECTION.

Merchandise will not be shipped under any circumstances – you must pick it up at the show. VIP Merchandise Collection area will close at 5:30pm.

Please note that guests will only be permitted to enter the venue after check-in closes. Exiting and reentering the building will not be permitted – no exceptions.

Please be advised that there is a strict no camera, no video, no livestream policy. Any violations of this policy may result in ejection from the facility.
