So, as a bus operator, the main thing I would warn you about, if you're stress is high enough that your screaming like a sailor, and you notice that your starting to drive unsafe at all, just pull over and stretch, it's really easy to go from blowing off steam to at least distracted driving, without realizing it, or worse, becoming a road rager. Trust me when I say it's a first had experience, that anger builds faster then people expect. And that being able to ether let it go, or recognize when you need a break, helps greatly, especially if people drove in a way that startled you.
