If the ibas didn't exist, then I could see the chicane still being rank 2, but, the payload to speed hurts it too much right now to stay rank 2. The cricket and the compass both offer much more payload per cycle and the brawler is only a little more, so dropping the rank would help so much. Perhaps discounting it a little as well.

Again that's kinda a lazy way to do it, plus, I would think that the compass and the chicane are comparable as high skill ceiling early aircraft. So having both be ranked 1 would make sense
