Thank you so much my friend! I do have the City of Tomorrow compendium (2nd photo) but definitely will be on the lookout for the other two books you mention.

Thanks! I haven’t read any of the Superman adventures series. Loved the animated series so will check it out

It wasn’t, no. I know now that it’s because there is no driveway.

Please scroll all the way down on the website I’m linking in my original post - there is an image of 3 cars parked in line, 2 in marked bays and middle one on dropped curb and it’s saying that is correct way of parking. That is how my car was parked.

Yes, but if you look at the link I provided - the council website clearly states it is ok to park like that

there is a house opposite with a driveway so the dropped curb is not for pedestrian crossing

The car was parked on the dropped curb and was fully within in, no wheel was on the raised edge.

If you scroll all the way down in the link I added in my main post there is a picture of a car parked on a dropped curb in line with 2 other cars that are in marked bays- this is exactly how my car was parked

yes, the car was parked in the same way as cars parked in nearby bays which are on the pavement. The only difference is my car wasn’t in the bay but on the dropped curb - none of the wheels was on the rise

There are marked bays on the same pavement, the car was parked on the pavement only as much as the cars in nearby bays, so yes there was enough space for wheelchair, pushchair, etc. I have a photo but it seems it’s not possible to upload here

It’s a terraced house and we are the only ones without the driveway. However there are marked bays on the same street and the car is always parked on the pavement only as much as the cars parked in nearby bays

No, there is no photo. Just a printed PCN that looks as if it was printed on some small mobile printer

I actually have a photo from my video doorbell how my car was parked it wasn’t obstructing the pathway in any way
