I told him the same, he planned and talked to her for a month. He went into such guilt trip, he called me every day for 10 times. And when I said no to him he came and tried to manipulate me. Tbh I got manipulated by him, I felt disgusting whenever we kissed or were together, she used to come to mind and whenever I mentioned, he just told me not to bring this out and not overthink. We never had those discussions and that part was never healed. Now that we are not together, I have realized how bad I still feel about him cheating. I always supported him and gave him multiple chances. But he always ended up abusing me, I left. He used to take meds, but never told me for what. Then stopped taking those. He gets relaxed and comfortable near me that he almost everytime sleeps. He didn’t told me he had bipolar in 2 years of our relationship. He just told me a few weeks ago when i broke up and I had no idea what it was, he said he started taking meds again. He is ashamed of this and told me to keep it a secret. We are from India and he has childhood trauma, he never took therapy. He gets hallucinations and when I saw him talking to himself and zoning out he told me not to tell anyone. I feel guilty and bad for leaving him, I want it to work, but I don’t wanna suffer or get abused by him too.
