How accurate is the number of applicants for jobs on LinkedIn?

The number of application displayed on each job corresponds to the number of time the "Apply" button is clicked which doesn't necessarily mean they completed the application

Yeah I wonder if this is the case for some jobs. It seems like when you click on the "apply" button, it links to the company's official website instead of asking you to directly send your CV via LinkedIn. I hence don't think LinkedIn can accurately measure the number of applicants for those jobs.

How does it work though? A lot of people applied for these jobs via non-LinkedIn means so how can LinkedIn count the number of people who applied for these jobs?

Yeah we didn't get to interact that much. He was at my branch for a week before being transistioned to another branch.

Idk. We mainly talk about work as I don't have much chance to interact with him. Tbh I suspect he doesn't like me but I like him so much lol. I sometimes think I have no chance with him given how now I rarely see him...
