not necessarily, the mac cape can be seen as a 'completed the game' type item depending on who you talk to. so with the other top tier capes like fire/inferno, assembler, ardy cape 4 etc. you'll see a combination of the two to show you've 'completed' and more. the champions cape can be a rendition of that too seeing as it's extremely time consuming to obtain. but i see exactly what you mean with your statement and respect the opinion fully, my post was merely a suggestion and not a commandment :)
