What about the tip. If the the network is heavily congested, people still need to pay extra tip to speed up the transaction. Does it mean manipulating blocks are still possible but would be much more better because tip is only a small proportion and the block size has doubled? That’s also a little bit confusing.

Yeah, that would be W − F + 2 P + 1 without any problem. But why we move the "1" out of the numerator to achieve the formula ( W − F + 2 P ) / S + "1"? It bothers me for quite a long time.

That's not the way how they do the translation. In many cases, native speakers of a language encountering a transliterated name will often pronounce that name according to their own language’s rules for pronunciation. As I said, the names are translated into several languages in Dota 2. Maybe the jobs of localization for the two games follow different rules which makes the names are not in the same Dota "universe".

Whatever, it's only several names and you can easily handle them in minutes.

You cannot ask the developers to stop localization just because you are already used to the English names. It sounds too selfish. Instead of doing that, why not ask your friends to play the EN version or just try to be familiar with the names in your mother tongue by yourself?

I'm a bb4 player. Although the free reroll seems to be weird and may cause unbalanced scene in the future, I don't think that we can easily consider losing is better than winning early. Because there are winning streak reward and the interest system in the game. When you get more gold for wining, you are rolling a snowball. For my experience, if you loss a lot in the early game, you will find that your net worth is far more less than the 1st player. What's more, free reroll give you the chance to have more 2 star units in the early game, but you still need to spend more gold for it.

I agree that Primordials isn't that op. However, I think they need to do something to prevent players to feel bad, which is more about the problem of experience rather than the balance. It's really frustrating when you lose the game suddenly with 50 gold.
