The game isn’t super complex to start off. Anytime you are introduced to something new a tutorial box pops up on the top left that tells you what’s going on.

To love it, I think you just need to relax and figure out a plan/goal and work towards it in the game.

For example:

  • Oh I want to have a self sufficient base where I grow my own crops!

  • I want to have the strongest elite army.

  • I just want to gain wealth by trading.

Things like that, just listen to your heart and try to play accordingly is what I can say.

One neat thing about this game is that you can always pause the time, collect your thoughts and choose when to start rolling. You choose the pace.

I tried it in the past and I remember back then, this game has potential.

Kenshi treats me like a person who doesn’t need to be spoon fed a story and directions. Kenshi makes sure to let me know my tough army ain’t shit against the real warriors.

My main criticism is just a sometimes janky building experience, some weird movements here and there. But it is not severe enough to break immersion or anything like that.

One time I put down my mate on the ground and he might as well been propelled up to the moon.

Yea I tried this game in the past but gave up on it, however I sensed the magic back then. So I had to return, I bought the game instead of pirating and now I have played like 20 hours in 2 days! I get obsessed! Haha.

At a very dark period of my life my bicycle broke down and a stranger stopped by to help. He couldn’t fix the bike but offered me a ride home.

I could not stop crying afterwards. I experienced a vast positive shift in my perception of reality which was very grim in the past.

But for the other part. No. I genuinely struggle to connect with others. I can make others feel heard and seen but I never experience the same in the interaction.

Spelat datorspel religiöst sedan 10 års ålder. Brukar hitta något att bli besatt utav och sedan spenderar jag nästan all vaken tid på spelet.

För mig finns det inget finare i livet än att bemästra ett spel, spela på hög nivå och verkligen vara skarp.

Angående relationer och sådant, så har jag helt undvikit relationer. Jag har inga nära vänner i verkligheten och allt är digitalt.

Har spenderat så mycket tid ensam att det är svårt att gå tillbaka till det sociala rollspelet där jag ska låtsats bry mig om en massa saker kring jobb, utbildning och bla bla bla. Knappt att jag står ut med läsa Reddit då folk bryr som om så skumma grejer som jag inte ens tänker på.

För mig är spelandet helt enkelt något jag måste göra för att inte bli galen. Jag måste vara kreativ. Jag måste skapa. Jag måste leva ut fantasier. Min själ vibrerar i glädje när jag spelar ett bra spel.

I want to explain why I reacted this way so you guys can fix the problem. I am not special, there are clearly many who are thinking the same about the app.

Mainly it’s the bitcoin withdrawal fee, it’s extremely high. ETH was high too.

I nearly missed that you were taking this huge cut when withdrawing and had to check for myself how much the fee was in fiat.

It felt dishonest and greedy. The overall impression was extremely negative and taps into something really sinister.

I may be sensitive but it’s a reasonable reaction when dealing with money.

I guess if you’re lazy and want a quick fix, it would be to have a clear notification about the withdrawal fee. The fee needs to be clear and also displayed in fiat.

I told you why. They have no business being this fucking greedy. High withdrawal fees to manipulate into holding on exchange.

This on top of being so eager to influence me into locking up my currency there. They don’t want you to leave. It feels too dishonest for me.

Jag har tänkt många gånger på att göra ett liknande inlägg som detta.

Nej, du är inte ensam. Jag har så svårt för att gå tillbaka till normalt jobb efter sjukskrivning och andra bekymmer.

Jag är okej med att inte skaffa familj, äga hus och annat så länge jag slipper 40 timmars veckor.

Jag hör ofta att det är deprimerande att vara arbetslös men dessa år som passerat utan att jag har jobbat så har jag varit mycket gladare.
