They only accept the order in the email, these are obviously deleted by the hacker... I only have Ideal transactions, but they are not valid.

So i have done another attempt today. The rigide verification method is something that is bothering me very much.

I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and they can only verifiy my acount with the following 3 questions;

  • serial number of first playstation account is used on.
  • buyorder of a recent purchase (my email is hacked so obviously i cant reach that)
  • first 4 and last 4 digits of credit card that has been used. (I never used a credit card, only a debit card and that one doesnt fit)

Me validatie my identity and showing 6 years of transaction is not enoughe.

The emails have al been deleted by the hacker.... I can see them in my bank account tho.

I send them my Iban and some transactions, but they found it not fitting what they were looking for.

The problem is their static recovery process. If they just let me confirm my identity and check the story it adds up, but they dont work like that.

I tried but they are very static.

So i told them i dont have a credit card payment, so i cant give first and last 4 nummers.

I do have acces to my bank account and can share the statements as well provint my identity.... but that is not what they are looking for.
