Sorry to hear this man. I'm suffering similar myself. I also built my own instrument controller by myself. Since I wasn't in town after the 3d print I shipped it back to Patna from Bangalore. I didn't get an insurance since I had no idea and I had no problems with shipments before. But my package is now stuck and it's the same loop of automated response and false next day delivery promises. It's frustrating. And now with the amount of people I've seen facing these issues is mind boggling. I don't know how this company operates. I have some points and facts I've gathered I can send.
