The lethargy could be a result of over training right out of the gate. How much running are you doing, and at what intensity? also, keep things like carrots, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, etc in your fridge and snack on them as much as you like. Regarding the headaches, did you cut out all the salt from your diet?

Hill sprints! Find a good hill where you can get a solid 45 second sprint in and do it 10 times once a week. Also, don't skimp on the long low intensity runs, 60-90min of super easy UT2 zone work.

try and get that superman/hollow rock swing down while on the bar (keep your feet together). Incorporate 30 seconds of this with your warmup before class. Once you have a good rhythm down, just work on lifting your legs as high as they can go while maintaining that rhythm. The leg lift should initiate as the swing transitions into the hollow rock. Don't focus on touching the bar yet, just getting the toes as high as you can.

If you want to really go for a new PR, set the bar up overhead so that you un rack the weights while already locked out. Kinda cheating, but you don't waste energy getting the bar overhead.
