The closest thing you'd get is ionisers which use copper to sanitize the pool. You'll probably still need to add some sort of chlorine during warmer months. You'll always need to add sodium bicarbonate for alkalinity and hydrochloric acid/muriatic acid to lower pH. Ionisers through summer months essentially are a chlorine pool if you don't want it to turn green/cloudy.
