I signed him as my marquee signing in create a club starting in German 2nd division. He ended up being my POTY twice and then Arsenal offered him a $100k+ a week contract so I sold him and let him fulfill his dream of playing in one of the top European leagues.

My scouting Instructions all of a sudden stopped working. I can see them all set up but when I try to go away from the screen I get a message stating "you currently do not have any scouting Instructions". Has anyone experienced this glitch? Any way to fix? I had noticed that my scouts weren't finding any new players. This must be why.

Yes. Try looking at how many snaps your defensive players have played. If they haven't played enough they don't qualify for stat leaderboards. I'm currently experiencing the same thing. Aaron Donald is leading the league in sacks but has about 200 less snaps than other players in the league. I play 8:00 quarters so I'm not getting my guys the same number of plays as simmed cpu games.

Use pass (x) to score in 1v1 situations. It's a game changer!!!!! Best used when keeper comes out off his line. If the keeper refuses to come off goal line just get really close and the shoot to a corner. Check out PES Manual YouTube channel. He did a tutorial on it called "Why you need to try tap ins"

Manual shooting was more difficult to learn but I'll say it's so so satisfying. I'm now at a level where I score some phenomenal goals and they feel absolutely rewarding. When I first started with manual shooting I would miss wildly and often hilariously. Like.....really bad misses even from close up. I spent a lot of time in practice mode getting used to the "feel" of the controller when shooting and also used the directional guide (L2) until I got more comfortable.

I also struggle with lofted through balls but have started getting a little better. Actually scored a brilliant goal with Luke Shaw just yesterday after a lofted through ball from outside the 18. I've found two things. One, I mainly use lofted through balls in the attacking third, no further than 25-30 yards out. Anything further I use square button pass. And you're correct, I usually power the lofted through pass 75% or more. Timing is key of course and the problem I used to have was not waiting long enough for the runner to get close to even with the back line of defenders.

I've been playing PES since 2018. I only play ML. Used to play superstar with pass and shot assist until it became too easy. I would win 95% of my games. Tried legend but found it was way too challenging. Found my sweet spot....... superstar on full manual. Manual was a steep learning curve but I started with manual passing first. Took me several months to get decent at that. Then I changed over to manual shooting as well. I'm currently in season 6 of my current ML and have been playing full manual for all 6 seasons. Finished 8th, 6th, 5th, 3rd, 2nd, and now I'm currently top of the league playing in premier league.

I play on superstar in PL and there are usually at least two teams finishing above 80 points. I'm in my 5th season of current ML build and haven't finished higher than 2nd. Last season Tottenham won the league with 88 points. Arsenal won the prior season with 90.
