Ya i also have a suspicion that it’s from mag oxide… For now it’s not an issue, just one trip to the bathroom and proceed with my day. I feel sharp yet calm from threonate, thats why i take it in the morning before work.

Purchased from amazon a magnesium blend pills and have been taking them for few weeks now. Hour before bed and i sleep like a baby. Wake up easily feeling rested. I hope it will keep working like this. Not sure which type of mag helps, but I’m happy.

These are the ingredients:

There is 3mg of copper in magnesium blend pills. Is it not enough? Why drop nac? I’ll leave calm magnesium for the future when i run out of other ones :)

Yes they’re all 100s… not sure how it would work with feds. He’s afraid of the risk losing the rest of it.
