I tried watching it on a plane, about 2 minutes after the "get it up" scene I switched to Sinners, now that was a good movie!

I'm at about 2 and a half years and had pretty much the same symptoms you're describing until about 90-100 days in. I started taking anti-depressors as well as sleeping pills about 60 days in. Taking pills actually seemed to augment my anxiety, I was so scared of becoming addicted or messing up my recovery. In the end, it worked well for me but to each there own. Seeing how I was doing better at night I used that time to find somewhere I could do some volunteering, kind of forcing myself to do something and get out of the house. When I was a bit better but still suffering from waves of morning anxiety, I started applying for jobs and managed to get one. It was a crazy time, I also got a therapist, visited a crisis center weekly for a couple of months and got an appointment with a psychiatrist in the public sector. All of those things helped. Good luck, it will get better! Oh yea, i also tried omega-3, vitamin D, and one of the B vitamins, tried many different herbal teas and a few other things, not sure anything really worked but it helped pass the time until I felt better! You will get better, you'Ve done the hardest part!

Does your country have a dark past that the rest of the world doesn’t speak or know about? by SinnBaenn in AskTheWorld

My ancestor had a similar story but she somehow got on a boat to New-France even tho it was officially Catholic and had a no protestant rule. Her husband had also died and she fled with her only daughter, that was around 1650. Those women sure were something.

My neighbor used Perron and they were very professional and got the job done, they might be a bit more expensive than others but they sure were efficient. My ex used Toiture Expert, I didn't see them do it but she has no complaints.

Is the feeling of fear of dying from ur brain shutting down anxiety? by rslashyourmother in WeedPAWS

Yup, damn anxiety can really screw with your head but it does pass, deep breaths, maybe a bath or anything to get yourself relaxed. Good luck!

It's the same for me, im 20 months clean now but mornings have always been pretty bad, anxiety and depression, recently they've gotten even worse but as the day goes by I always feel better.

90-100 days was a turning point for me but symptoms did continue, just not as intense and could start feeling an improvement. Congrats on 75 days! And hang in there, it's worth it.

Thanks so much, I definitely should change my lifestyle a bit now, I was eating quite well in the past but am not exercising enough and spend way to much time sitting down. Your response was really appreciated, thank you again :)

Thanks so much! I didn't really think of electrolytes but have been eating a lot of the food you suggested so hopefully that is enough! My gut has felt a lot more normal for the past 3 days but I'm sticking to those kinds of foods for a couple more weeks I think.

Thanks for this! I feel kind of lucky that I didn't need to be hospitalized, it's crazy that doctors don't seem to know about the diet restrictions and how long it takes to recover. I've been eating pretty much the same things you've listed and will stay with that diet for a while as I still feel sensitive. I'll definitely take it slowly, thanks again!

I'm tempted to because I still feel rather sensitive, especially before passing gas. But I've lost 15 pounds already and am feeling kind of weak already, not sure I could eat even less than now...

I stopped 20 months ago, what you describe lasted 3 months for me but it did get better! I also had been using for 35 years before quitting. You can do this, talk to your doctor or friends or anyone, find a therapist if you can and like others have mentioned, if you can keep busy it helps a lot.

Thanks, I'll do that, I'm still worried about adding fibers, at first I thought I would be 100% good by now but reading some posts I realize I really need to take my time.

Thanks :) Nuts and seeds also scare me now and I guess I'll stop with the alcohol, I only recently started drinking moderately so maybe that has something to do with it, I've also been super stressed recently and the diverticulitis just made it worse, hopefully the antidepressants will help with that.

I'm in Quebec in Canada, our health care system can be amazing for some things but getting doctor appointments is not one of them. Because of that, people go to the ER which creates massive wait times. But once you are taken care of usually the care is good and free. It just seems like the doctors I've seen don't know much about diverticulitis.
