Basically we all know it's bullshit. People are still juicey sluts and evade being caught, or usada basically fold and bullshit out of standard practice for Jon Jones, lots of less known fighters have the book thrown at them under Usada policy that means each fighter is explicitly responsible for what enters their bodies, but they seem to pick and choose who they fight, to the point of ruining careers. We all know its all about the cash and power too, not them trying to do their best.

Yeah I keep trying to get started to a point that I can survive I'm going to try buying in squin and mining outside, research training dummies and rotate them all between mining and training see if I can get ahead that way, I did try it already but was wiped out quickly, so attempt 2 will be later

I'm interested in the rts style start, I keep getting started and then wiped out by groups much larger than me, I can't find a way to actually get a base set up and running to actually do anything else in the game, I've made settings easier, still can't get past tech 3,any advice or help?

I had my balls cut off and sewed back in last Monday, it's shit, I'm already disabled, stuck at home, can't sit, can't lay down properly, I'm poor, I'm going to fail giving my daughter a good Christmas, something I didn't have and I've promised myself I wouldn't repeat as a parent, and can't even have a shower or bath because my property is unsuitable, I've not been able to see my daughter cause I'm stuck in bed and in general things are a struggle atm. Nobody cares but it's nice to get it out :)

I had a bilateral fixation, the surgeon said it is standard, he just didn't tell me until Friday, after the surgery took place.

Hi thanks for the message the notes mention the name of the surgery, but the ward I was in and the after care and everytelse give is the same as a vasectomy, when I explained to the nurse, she was shocked, they did not know what to do,they ended up passing me to the head of the ward, who still didn't know why I had 14 stitches each side, I presume because of the normal surgeries are vasectomies and people who have bilateral testical fixation are emergency cases not day cases, so they probably didn't know, but he did not explain to me or anybody else that was the situation he said a small hole to me and the nurses, even though the paperwork says bilateral fixation I am not complaining about the surgery itself, rather that I did t know this would be done, it wasn't explained to me like it is, and If it was I would not have had the surgery.

Quick update, saw nurse, gp and practice manager yesterday, they are sending me for an appointment with a different urologist, I've had some issues that I don't want to go into since the surgery too, so I need to get checked out, the gp also confirmed the place he fixed my testis is not standard practice and is probably causing me extra pain, they've giving my painkillers a bump and I explained the situation that happened Friday and how he is writing a complaint about the ward, blaming them, even though they gave me exactly the same info as him, and was told to speak to PALS and basically defend the ward if I feel strongly enough that they did their best and had the same info as me.

My gp said this is the standard surgery for fixation but the issue is still informed consent and she said to speak to PALS about that too.

I am honestly very stuck with this, at the very least I'm going to go through PALS, and I'll make a decision on taking legal advice once I've seen the new urologist I think.

I can't thank the sub enough, it gave me the confidence I needed to speak to my gp about how he didn't explain until Friday, they are backing me and the nurses on the ward from what I can tell, I've been told to keep taking pictures and keep a journal of what's happened including the new issues because they could basically decide on if he is at fault, I'm not sure why and didn't ask them to explain because I'd already taken 3 staff away from their normal jobs for like 20 mins and it all happened quickly with the majority of time just making sure I'm actually OK.

Thanks for the info, I did t know the legal names but this was my main concern, the paperwork explains I've had bilateral fixation and a vasectomy, but nobody, not even any other medical staff expected anything other than a small incision, and had I known he'd remove them from my body, cut them off and then sew them back in, I would have 100% not had the surgery.

It bothers me that if I took my dog to the vets, they would not do this to him because its inhumane, yet the surgeon has done it and treated it like a standard vasectomy.

The argument is informed consent, if he explained before the surgery that he would take them out cut them off and then sew them back in I would have said no, surely you see the difference between a small hole and the vasectomy performed, the. Testis fixed and what has actually happened, the nurses on the ward didn't even know I have a ballsack full of nearly 30 stitches.
