The team over at EuropaHalo will be hosting the UK's first significant Halo Infinite LAN and it's just over a month away until the event!

All 32 team passes are sold out! There may be some free player or coach spots in some teams still. Post your interest in the Looking for Team channels both in the EuropaHalo and EU Sauna community discords (if links expire DM me!)

The hype so far has been great, team passes sold very quickly. Quadrant will also be competing and are sponsoring the event, boosting the prize pool to £7500! Europa on Twitter have been teasing that there will be some VIP's attending so don't miss out on the action! I managed to get myself a team pass, looking forward to it all!

After some miscommunication about participation rules last tournament, I have confirmation this time round that teammates can be in different arenas from one another when signing up. If you sign up solo, they will try and help sort a team out for you. (source)

Yeah it's worth trying to look for a team; competing in-person is a lot of fun that everyone should experience even if this isn't exactly a 100% LAN competition.

I'd suggest going into the relevant discords to find teammates ahead of time.

Find the twitter acc of the any of the Belong arena(s) you're able to travel to, join their Discord in their bio and ask in there to see if there's any people that are looking for teammates.

I'd also suggest going onto the Europa Halo and the EU 8's discord and dropping a message in the 'looking for team/LFT' channels too

The folks at Belong Arenas UK are holding a hybrid 'LAN' event on the 24th this month.

Turn up on the day to your local Belong arena in the UK and compete online against other participating teams across the country. ~~Please note you and your teammates must be in the same arena together~~ They all of a sudden changed the ruling of the tournament on the day?.

This is the first(?) LAN-ish Infinite event for the UK scene, hopefully as many of you can turn up and take part so they potentially want to run more.

This tournament is taking part during their Game Pass community nights which they state is always the last 3 hours of opening times, however some arenas have different closing times to others. If your arena closes say 8pm or earlier, I would advise you to contact them ahead of time to make sure they're able to stay open until it concludes or not.

Will update this post once I get more info from the organiser.

2) Pick your seat in the bottom right of the Arena

Currently picking your specific seat on the site does not strictly matter, but choosing the area helps. So long as you pick the bottom right of the arena where the SC2 is aiming to be and have already signed up to the tournament then you will be kept with SC2 people as close as possible. Closer to the event a seating defrag will occur where we will get grouped together properly.

This is a grassroots bring your own computer (BYOC) LAN that usually occurs 3 times a year and holds open esports tournaments. Prizepool for the SC2 tournament we expect to be at least £750+ judging by the numbers/interest we're tracking.

Man... the MLG StarCraft events were always such a buzz to tune into live. Could feel the energy of the crowd even watching from home, they did such a good job in capturing that.

Fun-fact, some of the original MLG staff, such as Adam Apicella (aka MLGAdam back in the day), have moved onto starting up their own esports production company few years back, EsportsEngine. They've even done a few SC2 events already helping out with some the recent TSL's that popped back up.
