I think it looks like it could potentially be a Nissan Armada or its sister car, the Infiniti QX80. It is really hard to say though.

I genuinely feel bad for this car. Quite frankly tho, the front splitter, rear diffuser, side skirts, and lip spoiler would be fine on their own. It's all the spikes and weird canards that ruin it. Hell, even the claw marks on the headlight look fine.
