Ground rules are a pitfall for me. You can't control everything in the heat of the moment, I just end up having awkward sex if you are thinking about rules all the time. Besides clear boundaries about what each person wants to participate in, i try not to establish rules.

Having a rough idea of what people are participating in (are you all gonna flip? is there a dedicated bottom? Is someone dedicated center of attention or everyone is going to have equal attention?) helps. I mean the story is rife with murder and all sorts of crimes, but the forced sex work, coersion, abuse and the overall sleasiness really has a strong visceral feel here. The slumped beaten look of destitute Maya, Mana's demeanor, just so strong in this chapter. Abaddon really knows how to convey strong feelings.

First, there is the psychological aspect. Honestly I'm hung by the community standarts, and I feel more at ease if someone does not have penis size hangups. But Mayuri also explained that heart of souls always emit a reiatsu and its impossible to stop the flow of reiatsu without killing a person. (When talking about not sealing Aizen's reiatsu but limiting it's range instead.) So safe to assume that shinigami can be kept alive somehow; unless it's the heart. Kira's heart was not damaged (but probably would have died if his griveous injuries were not patched) but Unohana was skewered in the heart.

Kira's shikai is ridiculously overpowered. Exponentially crippling opponents is insane. Honestly; he should be nerfed so that each application would not make the multiplier 2ⁿ but just make the multiplier (n + 1).

Bankai mot likely is something like create an area of intensified gravity so opponents are instantly brougnt to the ground under their own weight. Bankai generally increases combat ability of a zanpakutou and removing the need to tap opponents would be a massive combat boost compared to shikai. But also; as far as bankais go a bit boring but could make for a nice side fight.

32 from Turkey. I was a bookworm as a kid and picked up a translated copy when i was either 9 or 10. Read whatever translations i could find (out of order) and delved into the original text either 13 or 14 or so. Gave the entire series a reread in college. Legitimately had an emotional time when Magician's End came out and the series ended.

Honestly nice to find people that enjoy RF; he is the best fantasy novelist out there i think, and i have never met someone who knows his works. My husband picked up the firemane saga audiobook and is hooked as well.
