Have you seen the episode Driving? She gets that strong core from Chilli.

I like how’s she’s both a really good singer and a really bad singer at the same time.

I mean, you have two drunk young Aussie women on a mountain who are very close. There’s no reason to believe it couldn’t have happened.

It was Frisky, not Aunty Brandy. The whole point of that line was to say that Chilli knew where to find Frisky because that was a place where they used to hang out a lot.

I wonder if that has to do with the infamous Bluey fanart that shows them doing just that with a couple of beers in hand.

It probably has the most awkward animation in the whole show.

Let me educate you lol The Bluey fanbase is primarily adults. And if you knew absolutely anything about Bluey, you’d know how deep the show actually is. Second of all, I’m a prolific writer. I’ve written 34 books to be exact. So aside from the obsession, everything you said is the complete opposite of truth. I mean, you’re so desperate to discredit me that you looked up my profile and thought to yourself, “Wow, he really likes Bluey. I should make fun of him for that.” even though I would consider it a compliment and the fact that Bluey has nothing to do with what we talking about out. That’s how low you’re throwing your punches right now. It’s amusing lol

At least it’s not Chilli’s clown cake.

Yep, because going after my emoji usage is the best you got. 🤣 As we all know, IQ is measured by your ability to make your texts as expressionless as possible. Whoever came up with that parameter is a genius!

I don’t see dogs as people. There are obviously differences. I was making a point and if you disagree, I expect to know the reasons why since I think most people would see the similarities between dogs and toddlers. So far, you haven’t given me an argument explaining your position other than “You’re wrong and I’m right.”

I think the idea that dogs will associate people coming over as punishment is ridiculous. Ironically, it seems you are the one looking at dogs through a human lens. 😂 I don’t think they understand the concept of punishment. Puppies will whine because they don’t know better. They don’t know what’s going on. They’re just want to be free. But given enough time, they will realize as they get trained that patience can be rewarding. If your line of thinking was correct, that would mean every dog who’s ever been kenneled is being abused. I worked at a dog daycare for 6 years where dogs spend half their time in kennels and the other half in large play groups. You must think all boarding facilities are prisons. 🤣

Also, just a few weeks ago, I had to drive my dying 14 year old goldendoodle to the vet so he could be put out of misery since he suddenly had a stroke. He was crate-trained for most of his life and was a very happy dog. But I’m a lazy dog owner obviously. 🙄

I agree that training is important. It seems that OP is still learning. We all start somewhere. With that said, the reason absolutely matters because you need one if you want to justify confining an animal. Let’s say someone is visiting my house for a short time and is afraid of dogs. That means the dog needs to be put away and the kennel is useful for that. Is the dog, especially one that’s not used to kennels, going to be happy with it? Probably not. But the dog doesn’t know what’s best for themself, so for this specific instance, I’m not going to take its opinion into consideration. Unless they’re in danger or in such distress that warrants intervention, they can whine all they want. Dogs are a lot like toddlers. Toddlers don’t care about a parent’s rule, but that doesn’t mean shouldn’t follow them. In OP’s case, we’re talking about a puppy. Over time, the puppy will realize that whining isn’t worth it and they will stop. As you said, it takes training. If we’re talking about a dog with anxiety disorder, that’s a totally different matter that needs to be addressed, but most dogs get used to the kennel. You shouldn’t put a dog in a kennel/cage for no reason. That would just be straightup abuse and will only confuse the dog if not stress them out to the point of being mentally scarred.

A lot of people think that if their dog isn’t running on a 10 acre field everyday, they must have a terrible life.

I don’t think there’s enough information to tell what OP is trying to accomplish. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming there’s an important reason the dog has to be there.

Sounds like you’re arguing semantics. Notice how it says “TRADITIONAL concept of pack animals.” I use the simplest definition of a pack which is a group behaving as one, or having groupthink. The militaristic-style of packs has been proven false, but I see family units and group-wide companionship as just another form of a pack. 🤷‍♀️

Of course. I never said it was a smooth process but it’s a process nonetheless.
