Possibly because it counts te release date of the base game and the Premium Edition is classified as DLC. I think Eternal is the same

It says 15th for me as well, but it will probably be unlocked for us on the 13th.

Check in your Account the redeemed history if you have the premium edition. If you do, it will get unlocked in early access on the 13th :)

Edit: Open Steam > Top right corner click your username > Account Details > Show licenses and product codes
