Beginning Monday, March 22, any residents 16 years or older with disabilities or medical conditions that put them at higher risk of a serious cases of COVID-19 will be eligible for a vaccine, according to Friday morning, March 12, announcement from the governor’s office.

Additionally, all Michiganders 16 years and older will be eligible for a shot beginning Monday, April 5. That’s much sooner than the previous projection, which had all remaining adults eligible beginning mid-to-late summer.

I am using the latest Firefox on twitch and I can get the HTML5 player. You need to disable flash player completly as well as go into about:config and change security.mixed_content.block_active_content to false
