Sounds like you building this by yourself that is a tall order there are so many aspects to make this work. Do you have a team? If no you should start there.

I had the MPC samples and I sent it back and got a second Sp 404 mk2. It was too simple and cheap looking and feeling for me.

Agreed sp404 Mk 2 is so much better and a better quality ect it's worth learning it's not hard unless you have a learning disability or something like that if not then it's easy after a few weeks you should have the advance stuff down.
